True Confessions Blog Hop

Confession: I admit it, okay!! I love, LOVE! Shocker, I know... who doesn't! But seriously, I'm all about the feels...whether it be a innocent, YA first kiss, or the down and dirty, OMG, kind of hotness, I love it all! And yes, I too have fallen for the occasional book boyfriend. However... my true confession, is that every book boyfriend only reminds me of husband, not the other way around. My hunky hubby is dark and brooding at 6'3", 215 lbs, with broad shoulders and lips and eyes that melt my knees. Yes, it's true...I'm a lucky girl!

Another secret I need to share is that I didn't read much growing up. In fact, I didn't pick up my first romance novel until I was near my thirties...O.o (which I'm now well past!) LOL. With that in mind, I can honestly say my first book boyfriend was Maddox from Gena Showalter's, Lords of the Underworld series. Holy Hannah! The fact that Maddox and my husband shared so many traits, it was easy to fall for him. My second book boyfriend was Rome, from Showalter's Tales of an Extrodinary Girl series. (Apparently, I may also have a small crush on Ms. Showalter herself.) :p

I'm honored to have been a part of the Losing It collection and can't wait to hear what you think! If you enjoy the book, please mention it to your romance reading friends. This is a 2015 limited edition collection. Twenty-two sexy scenes for only 99¢.

Here's an excerpt from The Release of Rae, my story, pulled from the Ovialell series companion short, The Rise of Rae.

  2. Finding genuine love is one of life's greatest gifts. (And hunkiness never hurt.) ;-)

Those series you mentioned sound so good, Tish! I'm looking into them. Their titles alone have my interest.
